1. Inspect your order on delivery
We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly request that you thoroughly inspect your product in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it.
If you notice any defect, damage, or discrepancy at the time of delivery, you are entitled to return the product on the spot — directly to the delivery person.
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. Once the delivery person has left, no return or exchange request will be entertained.
2. Conditions for return
A return will be accepted at the time of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product does not match your order (wrong item or size).
- The return is raised in front of the delivery person before they leave.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after the delivery person has left.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Minor variations in colour due to photography or screen display settings.
3. Refund process
Once a return is accepted at the time of delivery, your refund will be processed promptly. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your original payment method.
You will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of your order once the refund has been initiated.
